The Covid pandemic brought into focus the need to care for employee’s wellbeing and mental health. People have had to juggle family responsibilities, grief, fear and a rapidly changing work environment, all while trying to remain productive and effective in their roles.

The Wellness program is designed to care for your employees’ mental and emotional health while fostering supportive relationships within the workplace. By caring for your employees when they need it most you communicate their value and help them remain empowered and productive at work. Ultimately, the program empowers individuals to make better long-term choices resulting in a more energised life. Your people will learn how to lead their own lives.

At the core of an unhealthy relationship with one’s wellbeing are habits that don’t align with your purpose and values. This, paired with a lack of tools to change your behaviour, results in unhealthy physical, mental and emotional health.

Our wellness program addresses the four aspects of our being: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The Wellness program provides practical tools to develop each of these four aspects.

Gary has over 15 years’ experience in leadership consulting, team leadership and facilitating transformational learning experiences, and holds a Masters in Organisational Leadership. He has worked to develop leadership capability in large and small corporate clients and has had speaking engagements on four continents. His specialities include learning design and facilitation (virtual and face-to-face), culture change projects, mediation and cross-cultural team leadership/group facilitation. Gary is passionate about motivating people to lead and live better than they did yesterday.
