End of year wrap up: Our Contractor Workforce Wellness journey

Wellbeing is close to our hearts as a company, and this year we had the pleasure of introducing our wellness program, previously facilitated internally, externally to our contractor workforce.

Part of our offering as an On-Hire/Contractor Management service provider is a genuine commitment to the long-term success of our people, whether they are payrolled with us or our clients. Thus, we were eager to re-invigorate our wellness program as a 6-part wellness webinar series, offered to all of our Contractors across the Pacific.

Over the past several weeks, from September through to November, our Contractors were invited to join our wellness series which delved into various dimensions of wellbeing, guided by an array of our passionate staff to facilitate.

Rather than offering theoretical content, our modules were designed to guide participants with practical tools and resources to develop flexible and sustainable wellness practices that can be integrated into their unique daily routines. Here is a snapshot of our program:

Looking Ahead: What’s Next? Our wellness program is more than a series; it’s a commitment to the ongoing wellbeing of our people, whether they are staff, contractors or participants in any number of our training programs. Moving into next year, it is our vision that our wellness webinar series will be a ripple-effect program that is engrained into a multitude of our service offerings across the business: L&D, On-Hire, Immigration for expats, so we empower as many professionals to prioritise their self-care, and equip them with the tools and resources to continue long-lasting wellness habits. The ripple effect of well-being extends to all aspects of life.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to firstly the project manager who helped our contractor wellness journey be a success, of course all those who took the time out of their busy schedules to participate, our dedicated facilitators, and everyone who contributed to the vibrant wellbeing discussions. As we wrap up this series, we’re excited about the continued journey toward a healthier, happier, more impactful way of being.
