With a background in psychology and social work from the University of PNG, Mary combines her understanding of human behaviour with practical HR expertise. She has worked in FMCG, retail, and government, and is skilled in building relationships, managing people-focused projects, and supporting organisational culture, making her adept at balancing operational HR tasks with strategic initiatives.
