Gary Blair

Gary heads Peopleconnexion’s Learning & Development and Training arm, bringing more than 15 years of experience facilitating transformational learning. He partners with leaders across the firm’s portfolio to build cross-cultural team leadership, develop people and plan for succession. His background spans learning design and facilitation, both virtual and face-to-face, alongside culture-change projects, mediation and leadership work. He has worked across South Africa, Australia and the Middle East, with clients large and small. An experienced keynote speaker, facilitator and coach, and a Master of Organisational Leadership, Gary helps people bring their skills, strengths and values to the fore.
