Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant.
Benefits Oversight: Lead the administration of health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.
HRIS &amp; Data Integrity: Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HRIS data in line with strict privacy regulations.
Process Improvement: Develop and monitor HR policies while driving transformation efforts and operational excellence.
Escalation Management: Provide expert guidance on complex benefits inquiries and operational issues.
Vendor Relations: Liaise with internal and external vendors to identify opportunities for automation and service improvements.
