Invoice Workflow Coordinator

Timely Invoice Processing: Ensure invoices are processed and paid according to contractual terms.
Document Management: Scan invoices daily, reconcile them with the SSC, and ensure proper placement in the appropriate company.
Workflow Management: Collaborate with the SSC team in abroad to address and resolve invoice workflow blockages promptly. Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address any workflow issues.
Vendor Reconciliation: Request vendor statements, create reconciliation tickets for the SSC, review reconciliations, handle concerns, and manage credit notes and invoices from vendors.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate weekly analytical reports for the Finance manager and Chief Accountant, analyze reasons for vendor blocking, propose action plans, and support accurate financial reviews through detailed analysis of purchasing documents, goods receipts, and invoices.
