The Manager of Engineering at a remote Queensland coal site requested urgent assistance to recruit several project managers. They were to deliver a scope of work around $2-4 million and needed to start within four weeks. This was after they had unsuccessfully attempted to work through both local sources and consulting companies to fill these requirements. Within 24 hours of the client briefing, we made contact with over 200 relevant project managers through our CRM system and had interviewed six candidates. It took another day to deliver two relevant candidates per role with the relevant industry experience, availability to start and appropriate hourly rate. The client shortlisted the role and selected three contractors.”
