With over 25 years of experience in recruitment (mainly engineering), Kristine has worked with clients from across the globe and has been involved in delivering talent solutions for multi-million dollar projects.
Kristine started out as a recruitment rookie after completing her degree in Psychology. She worked her way up in one of the leading recruitment companies in South Africa and after 10 years as the Managing Director of Network Recruitment left and moved to Australia.
Peopleconnexion was born in 2007 after Kristine was offered an opportunity to be a co-director for a start-up recruitment company. Kristine has supported the company every step of the way since it was established, from painting desks to building a team of top tier recruiters from across the globe. Kristine has recruitment experience includes graduate programs, major project recruitment, and corporate recruitment. She’s also overseen assessment centres for large-scale recruiting within Queensland.
Kristine’s passion above all else is the impact employment can have on a person’s life, and this passion drives the Peopleconnexion business. Kristine has worked with clients from across the globe and has been involved in delivering talent solutions for multi-million dollar projects and leading recruitment companies.
