Kristine Berry

Kristine founded Peopleconnexion in 2007, but her belief in the power of the right job started far earlier. At fourteen she wrote her mother’s resume and coached her into a role she would never have applied for — and watched her transform. That moment shaped a career built on one conviction: talent is never the problem, finding it is. Before Peopleconnexion, she led recruitment across major graduate programs and multi-billion-dollar projects, including a managing director role in South Africa. Today she leads a trans-Pacific talent management firm across Australia, PNG and the Pacific, with more than 10,000 placements behind it. A psychology graduate, mentor and proud RISE PNG member, Kristine champions women and emerging leaders across the region. She is driven by one idea: no one should spend their career in a role that diminishes them.
