Gima started her career at Peopleconnexion 6 years ago, working her way up from a junior Resource Consultant to a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Gima has brought to the team previous experiences in HR, migration and events as well as energy like no other. Since starting work with Peopleconnexion, Gima has developed a large network of relationships with a wide range of engineering and HR organisations in Port Moresby and across PNG. Bringing heart to the role, Gima thrives in connecting candidates with opportunities to further their careers. She enjoys the opportunity to work with different people and help them secure a job that impacts not just themselves as candidates but their families lives as well.
Gima is another one of Peopleconnexion’s keen sports fans, you might not know but she’s an avid rugby league fan always supporting her local team!

Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited engaged Peopleconnexion PNG to manage the recruitment of its 2023 graduate recruitment drive as part of the Graduate Development Programme (GDP).
The PX Team developed an understanding of our business requirements, the vision behind our GDP and the businesses’ strategy and objectives. We laid out our key criteria, timeline and objectives for the project; and the Team were able to collaborate well with our HR and key business units to develop and implement a graduate recruitment drive which aligned with our goals.
They developed and managed the advertising campaign, screened and shortlisted over 1500+ candidates in line with our selection criteria and had discussions with identified candidates throughout the process.
