Deep networks drive gas industry success

An employer was developing a new capability around gas utilisation, and needed to recruit for three contract roles. After exhausting their contacts and failing to find someone using in-house resources, they contacted three recruiters, including Peopleconnexion.

We met to understand the complex nature of the contract requirements for:

  • Project Engineer (12 months),
  • Project Manager HSE (6 months)
  • Drillings & Completions ? Production Engineer (4 months).

After an extensive talent identification process, we sourced and submitted three suitable candidates for each position. The employer interviewed five candidates and made selections for the Project Engineer and Project Manager HSE roles, while filling the third role directly.
