Wellbeing is a central component to our company values. We know wellbeing is holistic so we support your mental health with access to 2 counselling sessions a year; we encourage physical wellbeing throughout your days in the office - even sometimes taking part in team workouts or breathing exercises!
We also check in with your spiritual wellbeing by being mindful about our achievement of personal goals throughout each year.

We provide a dedicated learning budget to support everyone’s growth & development. Every Tuesday our Connectors have the opportunity to learn from our specialists in the business, as well as teach their own expertise - we share our learnings through a collective passion and hunger for knowledge.

We don't use KPIs to micromanage performance. We set big goals, but do so collaboratively, creatively and with the tools to drive your hunger for success. We always want to stretch ourselves to be better than we were yesterday, and that's why each quarter, one of our awards is for the Connector most improved. Our Quarterly awards come in addition to bonus structures for recognition of your individual achievements.
