What we found in a recent poll was that more than half of respondents\u00a0(61%) either hadn’t started planning, or never plan, for L&D.<\/strong><\/p>\n We know there are barriers to pitching L&D to leadership or adding L&D to budgets. However, L&D is going to play an increasingly strategic role as we move into a skills-shortage climate.
